We have transitioned to using Cvent as our new platform for virtual events and webinars, moving away from Zoom Webinar. Ray will assist with coordinating the event and ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
Our organization utilizes Zoom exclusively for external purposes, including collaboration with external partners and stakeholders. For internal meetings and communication, we rely on Microsoft Teams, ensuring a clear separation between internal and external communication tools. This approach optimizes our engagement with the public while maintaining streamlined internal operations.
If you need assistance with anything related to Zoom, please submit a ticket to the IT team by emailing helpdesk@edtrust.org. Our IT team will be happy to provide support and address any issues you may encounter. For urgent matters, please indicate the priority level in your email to ensure a timely response.
