Being in high school during a pandemic has already been hard enough. And as a new school year starts, many students will face tough – and exciting – decisions about what’s next after graduation.
Often, however, students do not have opportunities to connect with their peers across the state about how they are approaching their postsecondary paths to help them make the best decisions for their future.
Join Degrees NYC, Degrees NYC Youth Council, The New York State School Counselor Association, and The Education Trust–New York on September 27 from 4-5 p.m. EST for a virtual statewide postsecondary discussion led by current college students. During the event, students will come together to discuss their concerns, ideas, and aspirations for the future, hear experiences about life after high school, and share resources.
Student participants will enter a raffle for $40 gift cards of their choice for back-to-school and self-care!
