The board of education should create a standard evaluation rubric if it doesn't exist. That's not fair. You should be able to know how to prepare just as the students know how to prepare for tests.

Consider evaluators who aren’t culturally competent so when they evaluate an educator who is, they do not see relevance in their instructional practices

YES! Dr. Gibbs, how does the “instrument” reflect Engaged Pedagogy? Is some of the bias “baked into” the TEAM instrument?

If there is bias in the Talent Pipeline, that's a Title 6 violation.

I just want to point out something that might not be popular with everyone: observational ratings may in fact be more biased than the value-added student outcomes

What should be in the next Elementary And Secondary Act reauthorization. The last reauthorization clumped together all minority students and was slanted in favor of school privatization
